The current growth rate is estimated at 4.6%, increasing from the previous estimate of 4.2%. In the following two years, the GDP growth is estimated at a rate of 3.9% and 3.4% respectively. The modification of the growth rate was a direct consequence of the favourable business conditions and the increasing level of investments and our team of Slovenian lawyers can offer in-depth assistance on the legislation available for foreign investors.

Factors that contributed to the GDP growth in Slovenia

The Central Bank of Slovenia modified the estimation on the growth rate due to the fact that the country is experiencing an increase in the relations with its trading partners, which is expected to have a positive impact on the export levels
However, several domestic factors have also contributed to the current GDP projection, as follows:
growth in the private consumption;
a rapid increase of the employment market in Slovenia;
positive trend related to the investments in the private sector
