Slovenia is amongst the top 25 global jurisdictions for the future of manufacturing production, as revealed by a study presented at the World Economic Forum. At the level of November 2017, Slovenia exported goods with a total value of EUR 2.576 billion. This marked an increase of 16.2% compared to the same month of 2016. Most of the export activities carried out from Slovenia were completed with other entities located in the countries of the European Union (EU).
